By Engina accept the following methods of payment:

• Select the Credit Card payment option while checking out and follow the steps provided.
• You may receive a verification code on your mobile to insert when you make the payment.
• The items are charged at the point of order.
• The information on your debit/credit card is secured and will not be used for any other purpose.
• Make sure to use a valid credit card with sufficient funds for your purchase.

• Select the cash on delivery payment option while checking out and follow the steps provided.
• The Cash on delivery option is valid on single orders not exceeding 6,500 EGP.

• Delivery time starts once an order is accepted and takes 3-5 working days where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
• Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and you can track your order.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any of the items you have purchased within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached to each item.
• Returned or exchanged items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges to receive back the item.
• Exchanges will require placing a new order with a new shipping fee.
• A refund on a credit card may take from two weeks up to 1 month to be reflected in your bank account, depending on each bank’s policy.
